Why our paint jobs actually last.
Most exterior paint jobs fail at prep, not at paint. We power-wash, scrape, sand bare wood, spot-prime, and apply 2 full coats by brush on trim and roll on the field. No shortcuts.
- Soft-wash power wash to remove mildew + chalk
- Scrape, sand, and spot-prime all bare wood
- Caulk every gap, replace failed glazing
- 2 full coats of Emerald® or Aura® (never thinned)
- Brush trim, roll body — spray only on request
- Daily HEPA cleanup on lead-safe sites
