Estimates & proposals
Estimates provided on-site or via the website are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing requires an itemized written proposal signed by both parties.
Workmanship warranty
- Written workmanship warranty on roofing, window, and gutter installs.
- Written workmanship warranty on exterior painting.
- Written workmanship warranty on repairs.
- Specific warranty terms are stated in writing in each project contract.
- Material warranties are registered in the homeowner's name with the manufacturer (GAF, Owens Corning, Andersen, Marvin, etc.) and run for the manufacturer's published term.
Cancellation
Massachusetts homeowners have a 3-day right of rescission on any Home Improvement Contract signed in the home. Cancellations after this period may incur material order and restocking fees.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
