Line-item scope covering tear-off layers, ice and water shield, underlayment, ridge, and ventilation.

Permitting and dumpster
We pull permits and stage the dumpster and material delivery before the crew arrives.

Full tear-off and decking inspection
Down to the deck, with rotten plywood replaced and new ice and water shield installed at leak-prone areas.

Install
Synthetic underlayment, starter strip, shingles, and hip and ridge caps installed by our own crew.

Cleanup and magnet sweep
Magnetic nail sweep of the yard, gutters cleared, and debris hauled away each day.
